All ASL Study Hall products are digital. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Product Delivery

All products purchased through ASL Study Hall are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, your purchase may include downloadable files, Google Drive resources, setup instructions, or links to access digital applications.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be made available through the checkout process, a download link, or an email sent to the address provided at checkout.

Most digital purchases are available immediately after payment, although delivery may occasionally be delayed due to payment processing or technical issues.

Shipping Fees

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges, physical deliveries, or shipping addresses required for fulfillment.

Accessing Your Purchase

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and following any included setup or installation instructions.

Some products may require a Google account, Google Drive, a compatible web browser, or other specific technology to function properly.

Please verify that your computer, browser, school network, and school district's technology policies are compatible with the product before purchasing.

ASL Study Hall is not responsible for access restrictions imposed by schools, districts, network administrators, or device management systems.

Delivery or Access Issues

If you do not receive your digital product, experience difficulty downloading your files, or encounter a problem accessing your purchase, please contact ASL Study Hall for assistance.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery and access issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered.
